Excepting therefrom: Located in Jefferson County, Ohio, and being in Island Creek Township, Section 34, Township 3, Range 1, and being a portion of Lot 14 in Findlay Gardens Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 6, Pages 94 and 95, owned by R & N Amos as recorded in Volume 322, Page 152, and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a capped iron pin (CIP) set in the South right of way line of Lucy Drive, marking the Northeast corner of Lot 14 in Findley Gardens Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 6, Pages 94 and 95, owned by R & N Amos recorded in Volume 322, Page 152, and also marking the Northwest corner of Lot 13 in said subdivision, owned by D & L Swearingen as recorded in Volume 65, Page 395, and also marking the most Northerly corner of the parcel herein described. Thence with the common line between the aforementioned Lots 13 and 14, S. 19 deg. 00’ 00” W. 200.00 feet to a CIP set in said common line, marking the most Southerly corner of the parcel herein described. Thence crossing over and into the aforementioned Lot 14, the following two bearings and distances; 1. N. 6 deg. 39’ 50” E. 41.195 feet to a CIP set 6” West of a fence post. 2.
