Commencing at a 3/4" iron pipe found at the Northeast corner of Lot #14 of Jones and Frey Subdivision, Plat Book 3, Page 334B (Corrected and Amended Plat). Thence North 10 degrees 24 minutes 22 seconds West with the West line of Rosemary Keaton Deed Volume 465, Page 735 for a distance of 134.01' to the Point of Beginning for the herein described parcel. Thence South 75 degrees 26 minutes 18 seconds West leaving said line and through the tract of which this is a part of, for a distance of 127.67' to an iron pin set. Thence North 11 degrees 29 minutes 34 seconds West and passing an iron pin set at 25.00' for a distance of 216.79' to the South line of Adams Lane, to an iron pin set. Thence North 75 degrees 20 minutes 40 seconds East with the South line of Adams Lane for a distance of 131.81' to a 3/4" iron pipe found at the northwest corner of Rosemary Keaton. Thence South 10 degrees 24 minutes 22 seconds East with Kenton's West line, and passing an iron pin set at 192.27' for a distance of 217.27' to the point of beginning.
