Torow and Martha Torow, as aforesaid, 200 feet to the Southeasterly line of the first parcel of land conveyed to Hope Hird Browning by deed dated March 15, 1912 and recorded in Volume 1387, Page 276 of Cuyahoga County Records; Thence Southwesterly along the Southeasterly line of said first parcel of land so conveyed to Hope Hird Browning as aforesaid, 49.99 feet to the most Northerly corner of land conveyed to Benjamin M.
