Jones, corner to Headley; thence with Jones' line North 64 1/4 deg. E. 277 feet to the beginning, containing 2.96 acres of land, part of Survey No. 2836. Saving and excepting therefrom the following two tracts: Tract 1: Beginning at a corner stake to G.D. Jones in line of Fairview Addition to the Village of Jefferson; thence with the line of Fairview Addition South 11 1/2 deg.
