Buechly as described in Deed Book 380, Page 383 of the Deed Records of Preble County, Ohio and being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a railroad spike found at the Northwest corner of Section 36; thence North 88 degrees 52' East with the North Line of Section 36 and the centerline of Upper Lewisburg-Salem Road a distance of 555.68 feet to a spike set at the Northeast corner of Esther Boyd's 25.95 acre tract and at the true place of beginning of this description; thence North 88 degrees 52' East with the North Line of Section 36 and said centerline a distance of 567.69 feet to a spike set; thence South 1 degree 11' 20" East a distance of 384.00 Feet to a 5/8" iron pin set; thence South 88 degrees 52' West a distance of 567.69 feet to a 5/8" iron pin set on the East line of the said Boyd tract; thence North 1 degree 11' 20" West a distance of 384.00 feet to the place of beginning, containing 5.004 acres of land, more or less.
