Harp and Ruby M. Harp by deed recorded in M.F. # 91-471B06 of the Montgomery County Deed Records for a distance of 1069.53 feet (passing an iron pin set at 16.50 feet on the west right-of-way of Lutheran Church Road) to a cross cut in a 12" diameter concrete post found on the east line of a 96.85 acre tract of land conveyed to Donald C. and Pauline S. Stebbins by deed recorded in Deed Book 1972, Page 97 of the Montgomery County Deed Records; thence N 0 degree 09' 15" W with said Stebbins east line for a distance of 850.00 feet to a 3/4" pinch top pipe found at a southwesterly corner of a 16.042 acre tract of land conveyed to Marcia Daniel and Troy Pennington by deed recorded in M.F. # 02-045B12 of the Montgomery County Deed Records; thence with said Daniel and Pennington line for the following three (3) courses: 1. S 89 degrees 29' 48" E for a distance of 710.16 feet to a mag nail in 8" wood post found; 2. S 0 degree 40' 07" E for a distance of 203.97 feet to a mag nail in 12" wood post found; 3.
