As recorded in Trumbull County records, Volume 280, Page 413, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the southwesterly corner of land; thence North along the West line of said land 123 feet to the Northwest corner of said land; thence East along the North line of said land 60 feet to a point; thence South along a line parallel with the West line of said land, 123 feet to a point in the South line of said land; thence West along the South line of said land 60 feet to the place of beginning, and containing within said boundaries 17/100 of an acre. The above described parcel of land is known as being a part of Section #20 of the original survey of the 4000 acre Salt Spring Tract, and is also known as a part of a tract of 17 1/2 acres conveyed to Samuel J. Harshman by the heirs of Harriet Cesna, deceased.
