Being part of the 9 acre tract described in deed volume 652, Page 469, and being more fully described as follows: Beginning at a point on the centerline of State Route 158 and on the east line of Section 23, said point is located North 00 deg. 06' 16" West a distance of 1066.16 from the southeast corner of the northeast quarter of Section 23; Thence South 88 deg. 01' 00" West, passing over a 5/8 inch rebar set at 40.00 feet, a total distance of 300.96 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar set; Thence South 04 deg. 46'27" East a distance of 40.04 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar set; Thence South 87 deg. 01' 57" West a distance of 126.48 feet to a 5.8 inch rebar set; Thence South 00 deg. 55' 10" West a distance of 148.49 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar set on the south line of the aforementioned 9 acre tract; Thence North 89 deg. 21' 38" West a distance of 716.47 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar set at the Southwest corner of said 9 acre tract; Thence North 00 deg. 29' 34" West a distance of 374.50 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar set at the northwest corner of said 9 acre tract; Thence South 89 deg 21' 45" East, with the north line of said 9 acre tract and passing over a 5/8 inch rebar set at 1115.56 feet, a total distance of 1145.56 feet to a point on the centerline of State Route 158 and the east line of Section 23, Thence South 00 deg. 06' 16" East a distance of 164.40 feet to the point of beginning, containing 8.000 acres. Bearings are based on the east line of the northeast quarter of Section 23 being North 00 deg. 06' 16" East by a previous survey. Rebars set are 5/8 inch by 36 inches and have a Yellow plastic identification cap stamped "Tobin-McFarland". This description is based on a survey made in November of 1998 by Tobin-McFarland Surveying, Inc. and was prepared by Thomas E. Tobin, Registered Professional Surveyor No. 6363. Subject to conditions, restrictions, easements, leases and rights-of-way, if any, of record. Subject to a leachfield which extends onto the tract herein conveyed extending in a northerly direction from a septic tank located on a tract 0.842 acre, which tract lies adjacent to and south of the tract herein conveyed, the approximate location of the leachfield and septic tank is shown on a location survey attached as Exhibit "B", Official Record 679, page 618.
