East, 106.22 feet to a set iron pin on the West edge of a 30 foot right of way; thence South 84 deg. 12 min. East, 38.66 feet to a set iron pin at the most Northeasterly corner of this tract and at the East edge of the 30 foot right of way; thence South 44 deg. 48 min.
