Koritansky by deed recorded in Vol. 1222, Pg. 1111 of Geauga County Records of Deeds; Thence North 84°08'30" West along the north line of the said Robert J. and Catherine J. Koritansky land, and the westerly prolongation thereof, passing thru a 5/8 inch pin set at 30.00 feet, a distance of 1217.04 feet to a 5/8 inch iron pin set in the east line of land conveyed to Robert S. Bulman, by deed recorded in Vol. 1743, Pg. 2532 of the Geauga County Records of Deeds; Thence North 5°48'31" East along the east line of the said Bulman land, a distance of 350.00 feet to a 5/8 inch iron pin set at an angle point; Thence South 84°08'30" East along a south line of the said Bulman land and along the south line of land conveyed to Ehren B. and Lorriet Beil by deed recorded in Vol. 1418, Pg. 1023 of the Geauga County Records of Deeds, passing thru a 5/8 inch iron pin found at 942.79 feet, being the southwest corner of the aforementioned Gregory E. and Gloria A.
