Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, and City of Columbus, and bounded and described as follows: Being fifty (50) feet off of the East side of the following described premises, a part of Lot No. Eight (8) of Stevenson's Heirs Subdivision of Quarter Township 4, Township 1, Range 18 U.S. Military Lands, beginning at a stake in the North line of said lot being the North East corner, one fourth of an acre of land, conveyed by Abram Dow and wife to Frank Gamache, December 15, 1886; thence with said Gamache's East line S. 3 degrees E. 9.71 poles to a stake; thence East 87 degrees 8.24 poles to a stake; thence North 3 degrees East 9.71 poles to a stake in the North line of said Lot No. 8, thence with said line North 87 degrees West 8.24 poles to the place of beginning, said last described premises containing one-half (1/2) acre of land, excepting and reserving a strip 10 feet and being the same premises conveyed by Moses Ramond, Jr. and wife to said decedent as John A. LaPlant by deed bearing date of November 15, 1988 and recorded in Deed Book 199, page 216, of Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio.
