C. Dittman (Deed Vol. 280, Pg. 76 and Deed Vol. 314, Pg. 443); 1. Thence South 88 deg 30 min 00 sec East, continuing along the middle line of said U.S. Route 224, a distance of 100.00 feet to a PK Nail set, said nail further marking the Southwesterly corner of lands now or formerly owned by R. and E. Shepherd (Deed Vol. 364, Pg. 809); 2. Thence North 01 deg 48 min 00 sec West, and passing through an iron bar monument set at 33.03 feet, and further following above mentioned Shepherd's Westerly line, a distance of 326.43 feet to an iron bar monument set; 3. Thence North 88 deg 30 min 00 sec West, along said Shepherd's South line and a continuation Westerly therefrom, a distance of 202.66 feet to an iron bar monument set; 4. Thence South 01 deg 36 min 53 sec East, a distance of 116.37 feet to an iron bar monument Set at the Northwesterly corner of above mentioned Dittman's lands; 5. Thence South 88 deg 30 min 00 sec East, along said Dittman's North line, a distance of 103.71 feet to an iron bar monument set at Dittman's Northeast corner; 6. Thence South 01 deg 37 min 00 sec East, along said Dittman's East line, a distance of 210.00 feet to the place of beginning.
