Thence from said place of beginning and along the northeastern lines of said 8.50 acre tract, North 20 deg. 55 min. 00 sec. West 67.00 feet to a 1/2 inch diameter rebar (set) on the west side of Township Road No. 353, thence North 20 deg. 25 min. 00 sec. West 22.05 feet to a point on the west side of said road; Thence leaving said lines and within the bounds of said 8.5 acre tract, the following four courses and distances: -North 82 deg. 33 min. 20 sec.
