Scaggs by Deed dated April 10, 1918 and recorded in Book 419 at Page 460 in the Recorder’s Office of Madison County, Illinois; thence Easterly along the North line of said Lot, 59 feet; thence South, parallel with and 59 feet from the East line of the John F. Scaggs tract aforesaid, to the Northeast line of said Survey and Claim; thence Northwesterly along the Northeasterly side of said Survey and Claim, to the Southeast corner of said Scaggs tract; thence North along the East line of said Scaggs trat to the place of beginning.
