Situated in the Township of Center, County of Carroll and State of Ohio: Being a part of the northeast Quarter of Section 19, Township 14 of Range 5 and being known as part of a 16.115 acre tract of land as conveyed to Charles and Mavis Gotschall by Sheriff's Deed as recorded in Volume 238, page 298 and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a stone found on the northeast corner of the northeast Quarter of Section 19; thence S 1 deg. 21' 42" W along the section line, a distance of 540.08 feet to a 5/8" iron bar set, said point being the true Place of Beginning; Thence continuing S 1 deg. 21' 42" W along the section line, a distance of 543.98 feet to a 5/8" iron bar set on the northeast corner of a tract of land as now or formerly owned by Thomas and Deanna Lusk (141/496); Thence N 80 deg. 41' 00" W along said Lusk lands, a distance of 545.50 feet to a 5/8" iron bar in the center line of chase Road (C.R. 66); Thence N 56 deg. 03' 45" W along the centerline of Chase Road, a distance of 100.00 feet to a 5/8" iron bar set; Thence N 20 deg, 08' 45" E a distance of 357.51 feet to a 5/8" iron bar set; Thence S 81 deg. 00' 00" E a distance of 178.80 feet to a 5/8" iron bar set; Thence N 74 deg. 37' 00" E a distance of 346.89 feet to the true Place of Beginning and containing 5.745 acres of land as surveyed by David J. Bodo, Ohio Registered Surveyor Number 6321 in September, 1990, but subject to all legal highways.
