Parcel 1: A tract of land in the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 3 North, Range 8 West of the Third Principal Meridian and described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the intersection of the West line of Franklin Avenue with the North line of the City limits of the City of Collinsville; thence West along said North line of City limits, 100 feet; thence North and at night angles with the said City limits 150 feet; thence East and parallel with said North line of City limits 100 feet; thence South 150 feet to the place of beginning, (excepting coal and other mineral underlying same) in Madison County, Illinois. Parcel 2: Lot No. 86 in Meadow Heights a subdivision of part of the South half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 3 North, Range 8 West of the Third Principal Meridian as shown on the plat thereof recorded in the Recorder’s Office in Plat Book 19 Page 18, (excepting however the coal and other minerals underlying said lot) in Madison County, Illinois.
