Situated in the County of Franklin, in the State of Ohio, and in the Township of Marion, and bounded and described as follows: Being a part of Half Section No. 39, Township 5, Range 22, Refugee Lands, Marion Township, Franklin County, Ohio, being also a part of Lot 3 of the partition of lands of Elizabeth Altman, deceased, made in case of Altman vs. Altman, in the Court of Common Pleas, Franklin County, Ohio, Complete Record Book 108, Page 239, being also a part of a 3.5 acre tract as deeded to Henry L. Campbell, Trustee, by deed dated August 10, 1944, and recorded in Deed Book 1194, Page 595, of Franklin County records, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point in the center of Frebis Avenue, said point being the Northeast corner of Tract No. 3 of said Campbell Parcels, being also South 87 deg. 00' East a distance of 157.50 feet from the Northwest corner of said 3.5 acre tract; Thence along the centerline of said Frebis Avenue a distance of 52.50 feet to a point; Thence South 3 deg. 05' West a distance of 415.58 feet (passing an iron pin at 25.00 feet) to an iron pin on the South line of said 3.5 acre tract; Thence North 87 deg. 13' West along the South line of said 3.5 acre tract a distance of 52.50 feet to an iron pin, being also the Southeast corner of Tract No. 3 of said Campbell's Parcels Thence North 3 deg. 05' East a distance of 415.79 feet (passing an iron pin at 390.79 feet) to the place of beginning, containing 0.501 acre. Excepting Therefrom a strip of land 5.00 feet in width across the North end of an 0.501 acre tract conveyed to William F. and Norma J.
