East on said North line thirty-one and one-half (31-1/2) feet to the East line of said lot; thence South on said East line one-hundred forty and one-half (140-1/2) feet to the place of beginning. Save and excepting a triangle strip of land off of the easterly side of part of Lot No. 4 hereinbefore described with a frontage of nine (9) foot upon East Main Street and being a part of the same premises as were conveyed by W.S. Alexander et al m.
